Wi-Fi only model of iPad Mini and iPad 4 are currently available in most Apple Authorised Resellers in Malaysia.

Wi-Fi only model of iPad Mini and iPad 4 are available in all Machines outlet except Lot 10 and JB. Below are Facebook update screen shots from Machines.

Machines updated their Facebook page with the latest stock level of iPad Mini. Most outlets already have the iPad Mini Sold Out.
Switch
iPad Mini and iPad 4 Wi-Fi only models are available in all Switch outlets. According to Switch Facebook page, “due to high demand, no reservations will be taken. All sales will be first come serve basis.”

Switch has urged the public to call up their respective outlets listed below to check for iPad Mini and iPad 4 stock level before hand to avoid disappointment.
Mac City
Wi-Fi only model of iPad Mini and iPad 4 are available in all Mac City outlets. They have apparently started selling the products as early as 6am in the morning.
Cube @ Subang
According to Cube Malaysia Facebook page, Wi-Fi only model iPad Mini and iPad 4 is available in their Subang Parade outlet only.
IT World
According to IT World Facebook page, they are now arranging stock for the new iPad with Retina Display (iPad 4). No words about iPad Mini for now.
Update [07:00pm 07-Dec-12]: Wi-Fi only model of iPad 4 is available in all ITWorld Outlets now. iPad Mini is not yet available at ITWorld Outlets.
Challenger IT MegaStore
According to Challenger Facebook page, Wi-Fi only model of iPad Mini and iPad 4 is available in their outlet starting from 9am except Mahkota Parade outlet which will start selling at 3pm.
